I’m honored to have three pieces on display at the Ojai Valley Museum this month. The show, Fiber Art Master Pieces, brings together a variety of textile and fiber art, new and old, from artists in Ventura County, California. My work will share space with masterpieces by John Nava, Gerri Johnson-McMillin, Lise Solvang, and others. Ojai was, for a time, the home of Jiddu Krishnamurti and of Aldous Huxley and is still a haven for creativity and spiritual exploration amidst the mountains. A small town with big vision… I dream of living there and gathering students there one day.
The exhibition runs through March 2013. The museum is open Tues thru Sat 10-4 and Sun 12-4.
